Bertha Diaz

1970 — March 14, 2025

Born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Bertha "Zorry" Diaz left this world leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and kindness.

Bertha was the beloved daughter of Rosalio Diaz and Amelia Flores and a caring sister to Rosalio, Marbella, Hector, and Carlos Diaz. She built a beautiful life with her husband, Luis Martinez, and was a devoted mother to Nancy, David, and Luis Martinez. She was also blessed with wonderful in-laws, Humberto Martinez and Maria Luisa Andrade.

Bertha had a heart for helping others. Whether it was supporting the homeless, assisting in healing masses, or guiding married couples through tough times, she was always there to lift others up. She was deeply involved in her Catholic church and believed in spreading love through her actions.

Her warmth and joy were contagious. Always quick with a joke and a smile, she had a way of making everyone feel welcome. No matter what life threw her way, she faced it with strength, faith, and an open heart.

Bertha’s legacy is one of kindness, generosity, and unwavering faith. She reminded us to take time for others, lend a helping hand, and trust that God is always by our side.

She will be deeply missed but never forgotten. Her spirit will live on in the countless lives she touched.
